The Vintedify service is available to any individual with the legal capacity to use it. Access to the service implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.
Each user is allowed to create only one personal account. Creating multiple accounts, using false information, or attempting to bypass service limitations is strictly prohibited.
Vintedify reserves the right to implement reasonable measures to detect abusive or fraudulent behavior, including multi-account usage, automated access, or abuse of free credits.
Credits, whether free or paid, are personal, non-transferable, and non-assignable. Free credits are provided for promotional purposes only and do not constitute any acquired right.
Any abusive attempt to obtain free credits or bypass service limitations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, without notice, compensation, or refund.
Purchased credits may be used for personal or professional purposes. Users may not resell, redistribute, or share content generated by Vintedify.
The service must not be used to generate sexual content, nudity, or content involving minors.
Vintedify shall not be held liable for service interruptions, bugs, credit loss, technical errors, or any indirect damages related to the use of the service or generated content.
All content generated through the service remains the exclusive property of Vintedify. A watermark may be applied to protect intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
Vintedify reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice, in case of violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, fraud, or actions contrary to the interests of the service.
No compensation or refund, including remaining credits, may be claimed following account suspension or termination.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations. Certain data may be processed for security and fraud prevention purposes, based on Vintedify’s legitimate interest.
