Products

The Vintedify site offers the following credit packs:

• Starter Pack: €3 – 10 credits
• Pro Pack: €6 – 25 credits
• Business Pack: €10 – 50 credits

Pricing and Payment

All payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy. Prices are inclusive of all taxes (TTC).

Credit Activation

Credits are activated immediately after payment and are available directly on the user's account.

Refunds

Users can request a refund for digital credits. All requests must be sent to contact@vintedify.com. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible.

Support

For any questions or issues, you can contact support at contact@vintedify.com. Response time is typically within 48 business hours.

Liability

Vintedify cannot be held responsible for technical issues preventing credit activation or usage, or for any indirect damage related to the use of the service.

Affiliate Program

Vintedify operates an affiliate program allowing partners (content creators, influencers, etc.) to promote the service in exchange for a commission. Affiliate registration, conversion tracking, and commission payouts are managed exclusively through the Lemon Squeezy platform.

Compensation terms

• Commission: 10% of net revenue (excluding taxes and refunds) generated by referred customers.
• Attribution duration: 12 months from the referred customer's first payment (for recurring subscriptions).
• Tracking window: 90 days via the affiliate_ref attribution cookie. If the user signs up or purchases within this window after clicking the affiliate link, the conversion is attributed to the affiliate.
• Attribution model: last-click (the most recently clicked affiliate link receives attribution).
• Referred user bonus: users signing up via an affiliate link receive 2 bonus credits in addition to the signup bonus, subject to anti-fraud validation.

Affiliate obligations

• Clearly disclose the commercial nature of the partnership, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations (FTC guidelines in the US, ARPP and the French law of June 9, 2023 on influencers, DSA, and equivalent local requirements).
• Not engage in deceptive, misleading, or disparaging practices, nor in spam (unsolicited email, forums, comments, social networks).
• Not bid on the trademarks "Vintedify", "Vintedify.com" or close variants in Google Ads or other ad networks without prior written agreement.
• Not use cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, forced redirects, browser extensions, or any technique aimed at artificially attributing conversions.
• Not sign up and purchase via your own affiliate link (self-referral is prohibited).
• Respect Vintedify's brand image and refrain from any action that could harm its reputation.

Commission payouts

Commissions are calculated, validated, and paid by Lemon Squeezy according to that platform's terms (payout threshold, frequency, payment methods, taxation). Vintedify is not directly involved in commission payouts. The affiliate is solely responsible for any tax and social reporting obligations related to the income received in their jurisdiction.

Suspension and termination

Vintedify reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to suspend or permanently exclude an affiliate from the program, and to cancel any unpaid commissions, in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or any practice harmful to Vintedify or its users. The affiliate may leave the program at any time via their Lemon Squeezy interface.

Program changes

Vintedify reserves the right to modify the program terms (commission rate, duration, eligibility rules) at any time. Changes apply to future conversions and do not retroactively affect already validated commissions.
