Here are the fees to know before setting your price:

For a personal account, no: Vinted takes no commission from the seller. You receive 100% of the listing price. For a Vinted Pro account, yes: a commission of around 5% + €0.30 applies on each sale.
Shipping is paid by the buyer, on top of the item price and the protection fee. The seller advances nothing: Vinted deducts the amount directly from the buyer's payment and forwards it to the carrier.
